MCI I Entrepreneurial School® is part of the strategic university network "Ulysseus", which is funded by the European Commission and aims to establish a European university. In close cooperation with the Universities of Seville, Spain; Côte d'Azur, France; Genoa, Italy; the Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia; the University of Münster, Germany; the University of Montenegro; and the University Haaga-Helia in Helsinki, Finland; MCI is responsible for the Ulysseus Mobility Office, which in particular develops, coordinates and implements innovative mobility programs within the alliance.
Your duties
- Continuous planning and implementation of mobility programmes (on-site/virtual) for students, academics, researchers and non-academic staff within the consortium
- Launching, coordination and dissemination of regular calls at MCI to gather Ulysseus-specific course offers/activities (on-site/virtual)
- Continuous communication with and reporting to the Ulysseus Mobility Coordinator regarding events and mobility numbers
- Establishment and implementation of a Ulysseus Welcome Programme at MCI
- Implementation of a High School Mobility Programme
- Implementation of a joint student traineeship and R&I programme
- Planning and implementation of Ulysseus events (e.g. summer/winter schools)
- Coordination and planning of Ulysseus trainings (on-site/virtual) for staff and lecturers
Your profile
- Completed university studies
- Excellent knowledge of English; additional language skills are an advantage (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish and Slovak, Montenegrin)
- International orientation and high level of intercultural sensitivity and competence
- Experience with international education projects and mobility programs
- Team and customer orientation
- Advanced IT skills
- Organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel

- Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a total annual gross salary of at least € 32,200 (bachelor’s degree) or € 37,800 (master’s degree)
